Q. What if I have a question or need more information?
A. There are a variety of contact options. We try to answer all enquiries within 48 hours, but please be aware that we get 1000s of emails a day, so we highly recommend you use the web site contact form for quickest response. Q. How secure is shopping online with you?
A. Our site processes all sensitive financial data keyed into a browser via a "secure socket layer" or SSL, with the highest industry standard for encrypting transmitted data. Your financial information is never stored on our site, but is transferred behind a second firewall to a separate server dedicated solely to processing approvals. The only entity that has your card information is the credit card company. Security is a top priority with us and we will do our utmost to ensure the security and privacy of all your data. Because we do not store any credit card information on our servers, there is no risk of any security issue.

Q. Do you have any kind of recurring charge program?
A. Absolutely not. We despise that kind of business practice and believe that only companies with inferior products would employ it. We basically offer a free sample so that those who can value from our excellent products will realize it, and those who will not can save their money for another option. When you purchase the Travel Tube size, the price covers just the cost of shipping to you if you are in the US, so it is essentially free. It contains more than enough to see if the formula works for you.

Q. Do I have to pay shipping?
A. We do not charge shipping for any orders domestically (within the US). For non-standard shipping (i.e. priority, express, or UPS), or for international shipments, rates vary by destination and weight.

Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. We ship to every country in the world (except Italy and Germany.) Be aware that you are responsible for import duties and taxes in your own country (when you bring any product into your country, you may be charged additional fees by your customs.) Shipping times may be affected by customs delays.

Q. What about shipping to APO/FPO addresses?
A. Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses. However, due to restrictions at those postal facilities, we can not always offer Express shipping to these locations or package tracking, and some restrictions may apply. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Q. How soon will I receive my order?
A. Normal processing time for in-stock items is 1 business day. Standard delivery is currently averaging 3-4 business days; priority shipping is 2 days, and express delivery is 1 business day. Delivery times do not include processing time. If the item is not in stock, you will receive an email notifying you.

Q. How will my order ship?
A. Service provider is the USPS or UPS. When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a USPS or UPS tracking number if applicable. For more information about shipping, please check your account or the USPS or UPS web site.

Q. What if I want to return an item?
A. We want you to be satisfied. We basically offer a free sample so you can avoid the hassles of trying and then returning. The price of the Travel Tube size is the same as our cost to ship it, so with free shipping, it is essentially free. However if you have a legitimate reason for a refund, it must be made within 30 days of purchase, requires return of the unused portion of the product, and may vary rarely be subject to a restocking fee. Please do not return product you have mostly used.  You must email customerservice(at)organicsmanufacturer.com or use our contact form to request a return authorization (RA). Without an RA, your return will not get processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for returning the product to us. 

Q. What payment options do you offer?
A. Pay for your order using paypal or a credit / debit card (Visa, MCard, Diners, Discover.)

ORDERING BY PHONE is easy. Simply call our sales department at 866 - 628 - 8730 and give us the order details. It helps to write out a checklist of the info you will need to give and the products you want ahead of time.

You will need to provide: name as it appears on card, card number and expiration date, cvs number, card billing address, phone number, e-mail address, and the list of items and quantities of each that you are ordering. You must own the credit card and the card billing shipping address must MATCH filed copy.

We do not do C.O.D. orders of any sort.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Be aware that you are responsible for import duties and taxes in your own country (when you bring any product into your country, you may be charged additional fees by your customs department.) Shipping times may be affected by customs delays. In the event of an incorrectly quoted international shipping price, we shall have the right to modify or cancel the order.
